About Me
With over 15 years of experience leading high-performing teams across sales management, customer service, and corporate training, I’ve built a career around empowerment, innovation, and strategic transformation. My journey began in sales and customer service, where I developed a keen understanding of client engagement, operational efficiency, and leadership development. Managing diverse teams taught me the value of mentorship, inclusion, and adaptability, shaping my approach to professional growth and workplace transformation.

Transitioning into policing and digital transformation, I brought my leadership expertise into a new realm—championing workplace inclusivity, stakeholder engagement, and technology-driven change. As a Police Officer and Service Adoption Specialist, I fostered an environment of learning, collaboration, and forward-thinking solutions in every one of my projects and roles within policing the communities of London, whilst also coaching and mentoring a number of colleagues over the years.

This experience led to the creation of Empower360 Consulting—a multidisciplinary consultancy designed to help professionals and organisations unlock their full potential through executive assistance, corporate training, writing truly engaging content and communications, professional mentoring and personal coaching, and with tech consultancy.
